Honestly with the amount of injuries Hawthorn have and our squads intensity last week if we dont have a win id be dissapointed, Im dissapointed with any loss obviously but the way the boys played last week shows me that we can win this game. And any game we loose after being genuine chances going in is bitterly dissapointing especially know that Mitchell is (apparently) out as well.

I will only be happy with a win, Ill be content with a very close loss. I hope the biggest thing to come out of the game if we win is some bloody positive media coverage... Carlton strings 2 wins together and its the second coming we string 2 wins together against the Bulldogs and Hawthorn and I wanna see "We are coming back" on the back page of the paper!!! anything less is disgracefull.

Hawthorn injuries are really only in their backline, and we don't exactly have the forward line to exploit it. If we dont get it down that end, like in the St Kilda game then it wont matter. Break even in the midfield and we have a good chance of winning.

There has been no talk of anything wrong with Hodge all week. He has travelled with the team. He would have to have his leg amputated for them to leave the only elite backman they have left in the team out.
