Who the hell does Godfrey have pictures of? Give me anyone who played for Sandy last week over him, ANYONE. It's now beyond a joke, just how badly does he have to perform to be dropped?

The weekly Godfrey rant out of the way, pretty happy with the other changes.

I don't mind Miller playing back this week if it means Dunn gets another go. Whelan is a critical in and will take Farmer and always good to have the captain back.

Bell, Dunn & Bartram need to perform this week to hold their spots next week you would think. I would include Godfrey but of course he won't be dropped.

i rekon if bate had an average game hed stay in... itll take 2 bad games for him to be out i think.

notice the running team we have:
bate whelan yze bell picket davey mcdonald are all named forward or back but will run through the middle alot. then godfrey and bartram on the bench. then johnstone moloney green bruce and mclean lining up in the middle... going with a very very fast team. will be interesting to see how we go.. im expecting a high scoring one this week.

sorry i read it too quickly. with that i rekon bell will have to have a very good game to stay in. lucky he wasnt ommitted, coaching and him both know hes underdone, him and godfrey are closest to going out atm and coz godfrey is danihers favourite bell is on the edge. whos he going to play on? or do u think we'll let him run? hes gotten so bloody big! on the radio they said "the big man in bell chases after the ball" that wouldve been a joke a year ago. hes bulked up amazingly. i dont no how much speed he lost but surely he has potential with that sort of athleticism. hopefully he has a good one...

I've got to say thats one of the weaker benches we've had in a long time.

As promising as Bartram and Dunn are.

Our backline isn't in too bad a shape. I'm assuming Miller will go down there and Dunn will probably lead out of there to start with. So Carroll, Miller and Rivers isn't too bad in the tall dept. Sure, compared to other teams not great, but we'll do okay.
Its great to see that Neale is finally having a punt on the young blokes. Who would've thought Bate, Dunn and Bartram would've all played by rd.8?
I think I see a shootout brewing.....
