Thank **** Shuey's in

Apart from that, still Worsfold coaching for the present rather than the future :thumbsd: Give it up champ, the spoon is ours

Why drop Stevenson? Sure he has some flaws but above all else, he's still one of the best 5 kicks in our side and has potential

Glad I made the decision not to waste my money and head to AAMI Saturday night

Port by 60 +

By picking our youngest side all year?

Was a stand out last week for East perth and this week they have the bye so it was AFL or nothing - will play limited minutes

Lynch is on the bench so maybe a late change for Houli or Stevenson

Have a hunch Cox might end up being a late withdrawal!

Is Shuey getting set up here?
Havent been paying too much attention but is it one or two games back and straight in?

I think he'll only play about 60% game time. He was great for East Perth, but still looked unfit on the chase. That said, he still managed to create space for himself... hope he has a good 3 weeks to finish off the year. :thumbsu:

Not too bad this week. I wonder how the trio of Schofield, Spangher and Mackenzie will work all have had their issues with form over the season. Great to see Callum Wilson in hopefully he will play out the season. Luke Shuey was just too awesome last week for East Perth to leave out again. McKinley's career at West Coast is probably over but he will be sought after by Melbourne clubs so it's not all bad.

Forward line brings new meaning to 'cumbersome';

Why play McGinnity ahead of Stevenson?

Priddis is out for the one game we ALWAYS lose even when we are good. Maybe Woosh is looking for an 'I told you he was good" loss ....

Spangher gets another game, which isnt good but understandable I guess ...

Lynch? I mean seriously, what is he doing to keep getting picked?

my thoughts basically echo that of most around here.

very happy with shuey, but i dont see the point in lynch/wilson/kennedy all playing in one team.

would rather have seen Houli/Stevenson over Lynch/Wilson.

spang still in = win

My God,
No Priddis.

Just when the team looks to be balanced some important/vital cog is out.

Shite, no Stevenson.

Could our right half back problems flare up again.
Beau Waters does realy strange things there.

YOU KNOW that from my observations
Koby Stevens is going to be great.

He and Stryk do have what we have been missing, as well as Hams and Smith.

YOu know why we at least recruited these type of guys to our list.

Worsfold is tring to replace the solid body type, Banfield, Chick

and in our heyday, Tony Evans, Don Pyke, Fatty Lamb, Peter Wilson

and bludgeon the opposition on a grand final.

Now we need the flair, Matera, Cousins and our team will be complete.

Who will we get?

Unless a miracle happens - without Priddis we might lose by 60 points.

If Koby gets a sniff of space and finds himself he will inspire the others.

Spanger has the natural talent to be a star - its just that he is not putting enough effort in body and mind control to eliminate errors.
He has great closing speed and then slackens off and pushes the guy in the back instead of controlling himself.
Needs to do ballet/dance classes to control his body in the air when going for a punch.

you know im a big fan of yours, GO EAGLES, but for the love of god...it's 'strijk'.

Shuey on ball:

Lynch should be dropped, though.

+1111

but knowing worsfold will probably put Lynch on the ball instead of shuey:thumbsd:

Next week,

In: Stevenson, Hurn, Hams
Out: Lynch/Wilson, McGinnity, Spangher.

That would make me jizz.

I feel I will be outnumbered here, but I am glad Stevenson is out.

The first time I saw him squib a contest I thought it was a one off because he was young.

But he has continued to do it week in, week out, and people on here seem to be so quick to defend him and talk him up.

Perhaps it stems from him being a very slightly built kid, but until he can commit himself 100% to the contest, I am glad he is not in the team

I'm with you a little on this - hopefully there is a duffield-esque turn around!

He squibbed two contests on the weekend but both would have ended badly for him.

Was a little quiet last week as well....

Glad Shuey is back in

West Coast
B: Will Schofield, Eric MacKenzie, Ashley Smith
HB: Beau Waters, Matthew Spangher, Brad Sheppard
C: Andrew Embley, Adam Selwood, Matt Rosa
HF: Brad Ebert, Josh Kennedy, Andrew Strijk
F: Nic Naitanui, Callum Wilson, Mark LeCras
Foll: Dean Cox, Scott Selwood, Luke Shuey
I/C: Koby Stevens, Quinten Lynch, Patrick McGinnity, Tom Swift
Emg: Tim Houlihan, Ben McKinley, Lewis Stevenson

Yeh as people have pointedout we are too top heavey.
I think a late change, Lynch out and either Stevenson or Houlihan in.
I would prefur Houlihan, adds extra speed and Clean skills.

Good to see Wilo and Boots in again.:thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:
