What makes you say that? In my totally biased view, they are presenting a very good case. That Ted couldn't get out of the way in time and just braced for impact. The contact to Gilbee's head was minimal or even nonexistent and he's been given a clean bill of health to play this week.

IMO the panel seem to be giving him a bit of a rough time. As just stated in the feed, 0.48 seconds between landing and impact. Not much time to move

I read it a bit when Dawes was up from a DT point of view, more interested in this one obviously.

Bit bummed Montagna's been done for a week, again from a DT point of view.

And yeah, waiting for Ted to whip out some jokes.

And they aren't been that tough on him, were actually much tougher on Dawes and he got off. Obviously they have to be impartial and ask all the right questions.

M_F, Tinney is just going through due process, he has to ask those questions even if he personally believes he knows the answer.

It's to be expected, he has to prosecute the case for the affirmative to his fullest ability. I liken it to defence lawyers that have to defend killers, rapists etc, it's part of the job description

Tinney is just doing his job. He was much harsher on Dawes the last time I watched and Dawes got off.

M_F, yeah I'm loving it too, does remind me a lot of my Judge Judy days, and yeah would have been great for the Barry hall case.

Galbally saying the umpire was in a perfect position to see if there was head-high contact, and he didn't pay a free. Says if there was head-high contact, which he doesn't think there was, it would have to be rated as 'low' impact, not 'medium'.
