Outright Winner:
Federer 3.30
Djokovic 3.75
Murray 4.25
Nadal 8.00
Davydenko 12.00
Del Potro 13.00
Soderling 29.00
Verdasco 34.00

London end of year finals kicks off tonight and I think its going to be an interesting finals. Djokovic is the form man to beat having won Basel and Paris back to back. It seems to me some players are coming in a bit injured: Del Potro, Nadal and to a lesser extent Murray. Federer seems a bit short at 3.30 to win it as favourite.

My money is on 1 of the smokies to win it this season: Soderling at 29.00 and Davydenko @ 12.00.

Tonights game see's Murray V Del Potro, i think Del Potro @ 3.50 is great odds and only concern for me is how bad his injury actually is.

Second game up, Federer V Verdasco, confident Verdaco can pinch at least 1 set off Fed express paying around 2.50 at the moment.

Good luck all

Not really any value tonight, Del Potro has been struggling, especially in Paris, I can't see Murray losing tonight even if $1.36 is a tad short for my liking

Federer shouldn't lose to Verdasco and Federer 2-0 would be a good bet if we knew what Roger will turn up this week.

Exactly right imo matt, if federer decides he wants to win i think he should at least win his group. Im thinking Federer may want to make a statement after his dropoff of late.

2 very hard games to pick tonight (tomorrow morning) in my opinion.

The first game up sees Rafael Nadal versus the "replacement" in Robin Soderling.

Nadal wouldn't have been happy when Soderling got the late call up, especially after he knocked Rafa out of the French so dramatically.

I don't have a clue about this game, both players form is below their actual abilities, with injury obviosuly restricting both.

Maybe the bet on the over for games, hoping it goes to 3 sets is the best bet here.

The second game sees Novak Djokovic play the always cagey Nikolay Davydenko.

Djokovic is the obvious favourite here, but Davydenko on his day can beat anyone in the world, so once again a hard betting match.

I can't see Djokovic losing though, he has wiped the floor with everyone recently, and has been virtually unbeatable.

My likely bet;

Multi;

Rafael Nadal, 2-1 SETS - $4.05

into

Novak Djokovic, 2-0 SETS, 1.97

2 tough matches though, both could go 3 sets, or Rafa and Novak could blow their opponents away, probably best not to bet big on these ones.:)

I actually accidentally mulited Soderling into an EPL multi - so if he wins I'll be happy.

Going with that theme - Rafa has looked ordinary to me of late and we have had a fair bit of the tennis of late here.

I effectively already have Soderling for the win, so I will graab a couple of side bets Soderling 2-1 and first set scores to Soderling of 6-3, 6-4 or 7-5.

I'd like to bet on the Davy to beat Doko but I am never sure when the bugger is trying. I'll wait and see,

only thing that stops me opposing rafa from the off is that despite playing shocking tennis he has still made 2 semis and a final in his last 3 tournaments

this years end results , not on the fact of rankings now, but based on performance tells me nadal and federer will be dropping and not fighting for #1 next year. Though at the start of the year after nadal won the aussie open, i also thought fed would not win a grand slam this year.
I still stand by what i say, that, next year will be different for one and two, im predicting djokovic and murray.

So, Semi Final night now.

I took the 2 A-League matches tonight into the Semis, and at the moment I am still alive;

My 4 leg Multi is;

Leg 1 - Melbourne Victory Win WIN
Leg 2 - North Queensland Fury Win (Draw No bet) WIN
Leg 3 - Federer Win in straight sets
Leg 4 - Del Potro to win in 3 sets

Almost $25 per unit riding on this now, my only concern is whether Roger can beat Davydenko is straight sets.

Will know more in a few hours.:thumbsu:
