For a first team coach in a professional sport to be able to get a 5 year contract on decent dollars with set guidelines that 5 years of failure and massive losses is acceptable is unbelieveable in my honest opinion.
I cant think of any other coach in any other sport around the world that has a licence to lose every week and to get paid for it 5 years in a row ala Terry Wallace

Has he ever coached a Premiership?
Does he have an eye for talent?
Can he win a game?
At the end of the day a coach is judged on his win-loss ratio and the position his club in CURRENTLY holding on the ladder.
Richmond r losing badly and rock bottom, with poor players and no heart on or off the field.
Who is to blame? The players? The coach? Upstairs?
