So to confirm, we're not allowed to take West Indies players? I don't think many would get a run in the first few rounds but there could be a couple of gems there later with 10 teams draft

Yes you can. You must take 1 from the top 7 playing nations each. Two from the remaining three teams; West Indies, Bangladesh and Zimbabwe and a maximum of two from each country. Sorry if I'm not very clear, it's the first time I've really tried to run one of these things.

So you'd have something like this...
1. Aus Player
2. Eng Player
3. West Indies Player
4. Pakistan Player
5. Bangladesh/Zimbabwe Player
6. South Africa Player
7. Sri Lanka Player
8. India Player
9. NZ Player
10. Any Team Player
11. Any Team Player
12. Any Team Player
