This would not have been worth a story in the seventies, as everyone was doing it with everyone else. The big point would have been that Robert Redford was willing to pay for it.

And He would have been a lot more desirable in the seventies.

Incidentally did anyone see the film where he played a (much younger) baseball star. He was the director and to get round the fact they filmed everything in low lighting - an absolute crack up ! They drew the curtains if it was inside or had him in the shade if it was outside.
