missed 5 games suspended, at 3.3 goals per game average would've put him on 70 for the season and winning the coleman by a good margin. maybe next year...

Sellar was reasonable last year when he played as a KPD both for Glenelg and the Crows. He had limited opportunities given that Rutten (21), Davis (3), Talia (9) and Thompson (11) were all played as KPD as well. From the few games I saw him play for Melbourne this year (he played 16 H&A games in 2012) in that position he was ok. I said Luke Thompson was our 5th choice KPD. Sellar would have been 4th.
Sellar is 23.5 years old, 196cm and 98kg with 37 games experience vs L Thompson 21.5 years old, 194cm and 88kg with 13 games (only 2 this year & his first one was poor). I would have thought Sellar would be a better match up against Franklin's 25.5 years, 196cm and 100kg with 157 games. In reality Buddy will most likely destroy both of them. But Bock, Davis and Sellar are gone and Talia is injured so Thompson will have to step up as Rutten is probably too slow.

Bud missed 6 and a half games and averaged 3.7 per game. As well as averaging most goal assists per game. He didn't have the luxury if beating up on the bottom teams twice like Walker did either. But it's a petty point. Walker had a great year regardless.

If you're talking about the Gold Coast and GWS, Walker missed the games against Gold Coast at home and GWS at Skoda.

Been following his career since he was on the scholarship with you guys. Always had immense potential.

Walker played GWS, GC and Port once each this season... Franklin was only in front this season due to his 13 goal freak show he put on in the North game
