Oh ****, I'm tearing up. Gutted to see Cogs and Browny (and JB) go, but if the blokes that replace them can be the players the both of them would have been sans injury I'll be a happy man.

if they could be half the players Brown and Cogs were in there prime we would be alright.

Is it just me or does it seem the retirement age is becoming even lower in the AFL after this year?

And I'm not just talking about our team but a fair few players have been delisted/retired and it seems they age is slowly getting younger.

Right decisions but still feel sorry for both. Cogs and Brown have had their careers ruined by injury.

I think you're right, seems to be that there is a real emphasis on preparing the new recruits to be ready to play seniors on arrival at the club.

Bump because I just heard what Nathan Brown said on the footy show.

Was too drunk on Friday night to see the post game stuff, so didn't notice how emotional the boys were walking off the field.
