On tuesday had a gut feeling that stevie johnson id win the norm smith so i got 15-1 and put a tenner on him.

1 thing i am impressed about johnno is his ability to be unselfish and put a bloke into a better position to score a goal.

does the 1%ers very well and he and the club should be proud of his ability to bounce back after a setback at the start of the year.

P.S Hope u lot stuck it up the power fans.

Of all our players I am most proud of the way he handled himself and got on the wagon when he needed to. I'm proud of the club too, for handling him the way it did - it almost certainly cost us at least one game (Hawthorn) but it set the tone for the year and made it clear to everyone what we all know (and what was proved again yesterday) - there are no short cuts or miracle cures. If you want something you have to work for it, and sometimes that means taking a hard line. There are some other clubs that could learn from that I think.

Stevie used to be a good player who was a bit lazy and a bit selfish. He's now an AA, a Norm Smith medallist, and a credit to the club and himself.
