Was at Punt Road for training last week. Our players have compulsory behind kicking practice at the moment. If they have a shot for goal that results in a goal they do 50 bastards on the spot. A bastard is a burpee with a push up in there as well.

If you hadn't noticed, Messendon are trying to get below us on the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership ladder. And we are trying to stop them.

It show's you how pathetic the bottom of the table now is in the AFL. Winning 1 game for the year, Getting multiple spoons, kicking 2 goals a game, getting your coach sacked because he only won by 83 points. No one even bats an eyelid anymore.

Interesting, it is terrible kicking no doubt there were 3 shots at goal that went on the full as well, strangely its only two less scoring shots than Geelong managed in the 2020 Grand Final
