he's gone about this the wrong way. the self promotion, the announcing the club before the club itself, he's setting himself up to 1) being under incredible levels of pressure due to not only his fee, but his attitude too and 2) being despises by other teams for his shameless self promoting and just all-round dickness.

Can't say I'm too gutted about Hazard, although I've only heard second hands reports of his quality so when I see a bit more of him I may well have regrets.
Not too fussed about the drama of it all really, I think people were taking a lot of it too seriously.

Kawaga is not a bad consolation prize, and a fair bit cheaper than Hazard too.
Have watched quite a bit of Powell this season and he is a future England international with the right coaching. One of those players where the game seems to stand still when he has the ball, which as a teenager in a helter skelter league is very impressive.
