I want Toumpas to be a player as much as anyone, but at the moment he doesn't get enough pill and is soft.

That is a couple of pretty key deficiencies to improve.

He also regularly makes crash decisions. I don't know who stresses me out more when they have the ball, him, tMAC or Harry O. Forwards will need therapy or more meditation trying to lead to those guys.

Neal-Bullen has had these disposal counts in his 5 senior VFL games this year, 19, 19, 24, 22, 35 and named in the bests 3 of those 5 games. Just improving as he goes on and would surely now have thrown his name in the mix. If he keeps this up a debut isn't far off.

Salem debuted the week after he had 35 disposals in a VFL game IIRC, on the back of otherwise strong but not outstanding form.

Yeah I think he had kicked a couple of 5 goal hauls in the Casey magoos so good imo m, could be a good third tall/ruck at his height

Casey are up by a point with not long to go.

He might've played a few last year, but first game this year I believe.

His fitness is a long way back and whilst he has a solid frame his strength is probably in need of some work as well. But he's clearly showing a nice pair of a hands and has a good kick. I think we just have to be patient with him during the next two seasons whilst building him up strongly in the preseasons. Certainly an exciting talent to have on the rookie list.

He's a pacy outside type with good foot skills.

He's strengthened his upper body quite nicely since arriving as a beanpole but a few injuries have held him back.

He's not showed much to this point though - ideally he'd be on the rookie list so we can give him another year to be see what he's got - wouldn't surprise me if we delist him and pick him up with a late rookie pick next year.

Sorry, I meant to make the point that there is certainly a spot on our list for a pacy outside mid with good foots kills if he can show some form.

First senior vfl game yesterday, was killing it in the vfl with 17 goals to his name

Hes the biggest improvement in a terms of melbourne players
him and jkh were kicking very well during training on thursday night and it paid off.

anyway hes slowly being moved to the midfield to help break the lines and played up forward during the second half against coburg but missed some easy set shots
