Yeah that's why i'm not overly excited about our prospects this trade period because I don't see an immediate solution no matter who we bring in. If Parker can string together a full season of his best footy that would go a hell of a long way. First half of 2016 and second half of 2017 combined would be ideal but i won't be holding my breath
Parker and Hannebery can only be better next year hopefully with uninterrupted preseasons. A better Parker, hannerbery, mills, Heeneyy, Hayward, florent, pelican and aliir imagine that... I have a feeling we might just go up a gear or three

Watts will choose the pies I bet

Go play with his mate HOwe
I was confident on Watts until a Melbourne based club got interested. I can definitely see him in the white and black stripes next year

Yeah I feel the same. Pretty disappointing. He could really be something at the swans. Will go to waste at the pies.

I guarantee Talia catches on and makes us regret giving him a grand sum of half a game to prove himself. (NEAFL doesn't count).
Yep agreed, I liked the look of him (most times) that I saw him in the ressies but he really was never given another chance at senior level.
Boy, once you piss off the powers that be at our club they stay pissed off!

I am starting to think Watts will stay in Melbourne and go COllingwood, re-reading all the comments about uplifting his life. Could be a very quiet trade period again.

Another left of field. Late pick for Ryan Griffen+make GWS pay some of his salary? Could be a good recruit. He's tad old so not much value, injuries have reduced his value but could be a valuable addition. He doesn't have to move much, contested ball, good work rate. Only real issues is injuries.

Any interest?

The club has an impeccable history. They won't take their name being dragged down with the rest of them lightly.

While I agree with you Talia isn't being dropped because of skill or quality but rather attitude. I'm happy to release players who don't have the right attitude according to the coaches
