Alright change of topic, rumours are that Stringer isn't very happy at the Doggies right now. Does anyone think he'd fit at the Swans?
I feel like the Dogs would ask too much.

But if a club is able to get the idea of a defensive game in his head, then he'll be a great pick-up.

Bloody oath I would be keen!! Some one who can go into the midfield and break away from congestion with speed and kick them from outside of 50!! None of our midfielders are capable of that , just don't have the pace , simple as that!
I hear The Package is expert at slotting them through.

He can do some ridiculously impressive things on a field. I get the sense it's a work ethic thing that's seeing him going off the boil currently.
If that's all it is I can see him doing well at the Swans. A hard work ethic has been a benchmark for the Swannies for a while now

Out: Reid, Jones
In: Dusty, Package, Casbolt

Sounds like a reasonable off season.
That'd actually be pretty scary good. Suddenly the Swans would become an extremely quick, aggressive team with good kicking skills and good marks down forward. I doubt it'll happen but still

He had a great game last week, will make him a hot commodity in my opinion.
Hewett is a good player for Sydney but trade wise, he isn't going to set the world on fire. One good game wouldn't suddenly raise his worth. His value wold rise with a solid body of work

Hewett isn't a player Sydney would want to trade anyway ... and i can't imagine GerogePeorgy would want to leave Sydney

That could be a future template for the Sydney Recruitment and Retention Comittee.

Bring a player up from Melbourne, find him a Sydney based wife (or husband), or make sure the wife is settled in and wants to stay in Sydney. Come contract time, the wife has a lot of say.

Hell, the Sydney Recruitment & Retention Committee might already be doing this.

I think our first draft pick will be used on Brander if there or Coleman-Jones from S.A. Hope we get one of these 2.
Brander won't be there. Coleman-Jones will still be there by our second pick probably.

I like O'Brien or Garner if they're there, personally.
