Yes, it's round 1, and it's way, way too early for this.

Has Tom McDonald really been the best full back this round? I thought he was a bit error prone and didn't do enough to quell Riewoldt IMO. I think he was put on Bruce, I reckon if you're an AA caliber forward you take responsibility for the saints' best forward.

Mcgovern with 21 touches and 12 marks, majority of which were contested or intercept marks, made virtually no errors.

Ahh yeah no he wasn't he was awesome. Pretty much repelled everything coming in, had a few key spoils that saved sure goals and does a lot of little things that don't show up on the stat sheet.

Reckon Baguley's effort on Rioli needs to have him considered.

Jeez I know I am a Port fan but it must have been a pretty good round of footy when Ollie Wine's game against JPK and the Sydney midfield doesn't even get him a spot on the interchange over a couple of players who haven't even played a full game of footy yet.

That player from that team I support isn't in there.

It proves the whole concept is a joke.

That's not really what I said though is it? My point was, as others have said earlier in the thread why are players who at the time of posting hadn't even played a second of footy getting a mention in a thread of a rolling 2017 AA team.

Surely you just go with a team of the week until at least Round 4-5?
