Ross has been good this year. Not team worthy but squad is reasonable.
I think even Pies fans would admit Treloar over Duncan, Cotchin or Oliver is an odd call. Not Treloars best season by any stretch of the imagination.
Some odd selections there. Thought Scully and treloar actually had pretty poor seasons in their standards

I agree Ross has been good, but I think there have been better midfielders.
If Selwood gets in off 18 games then so should Dayne Beams.

Merrett last year was the precedent. They like young players to do it consistently over a two year period,

I know the media hype will have Howe in, and i know I'm annoyed he left and that he got better somewhere else, but surely you can't get All Australia when you are such a pathetically unaccountable defender.

Nah, they set the precedent last year by not picking him then.
Rampe missed a fair bit and had a couple of average performances.

Great call on Jonas, has been massive this year.
My last team was a couple of weeks back but I thought I'd see how I did against the All-Australian 40-man squad.
So three of my best 22 missed. Williams, Cotchin and Fyfe. The first two were borderline selections - they may have even been replaced had I updated my team last night. The lack of Fyfe in the squad is absurd.
I'd insert Hibberd, Sloane and Kennedy in my team based on the squad released.

Some weird selections but Hurley, Zach Merrett and Daniher made the 40 so they got the Essendon ones right at least.
