Howard Moon is a great read.

BrunoV lost all credibility with his unwarranted and sustained abuse of Josh Green. We will not win a premiership without a genuine ranga forward. Get it through your fricking head.

Carnthedons is a pisser. Bigfooty needs more like him.

VelvetSledge does a power of work and his pre-game summary is one of the weekly highlights and one of my favourites things on bigfooty. Hopefully he continues and a few others can give him a chop out here and there.

Zazh Package was not nominated but has one of the more interesting takes on things on here.

DapperJong brings regular lols, vote-rigging and who also deserves much love for his editing skills

Lord Nicholson needs to post more frequently and use smaller words so I can understand him

Gumbletron is straight up

Lance Uppercut's talents are wasted on here. I suspect he earns a good wage using words somewhere.

Scezza is often the voice of reason and the ying to Jade's yang.

Hotkorma is warped and one of my faves.

D_P_S probably should have won given his frequent high quality work. I frequently read his work and post it as my own on other forums. Hopefully the club gives him a job as apparently they will hire anyone.

Jade is another fave for reasons I can't explain.

B4L brings the passion

Kelvin received the votes that probably should have gone to Bruno, Velvet or DPS

Beerfish is another who deserves praise for his regular humour.

Bipolarbear fights the good fight.

Plenty of other great posters not nominated. Ant555, ZachPackage, Dapperdon, Runk, Yaco, Ethdog who is another who does a power of work, Boncer who does plenty with the podcasts, the mods and plenty others who I apologise for not naming.

This may sound a little lame, but I do enjoy the community that is Essendon bigfooty. One thing that I have really come to appreciate during the saga is the resilience that has been forged through the torrid times that we have endured. It is well and truly us against them. Yes we don't always agree about things and have our own opinions but at the end of the day, we all bleed red and black. That is what matters the most.

The good times are just around the corner.... get ready and don't make plans for September....
