Leaves Golding short of a seat and Stanaway probably back overseas with his tail between his legs.

So we are losing both of Garrys cars as well as 2 of the Kellys cars and adding a second one with Irwin and Tekno, who are taking up the other two?

As I understand it, Kelly Racing is downsizing from four cars to two. One of those Racing Entitlement Contracts (REC's) has been purchased by Matt Stone Racing with the other purchased by Team 18. Garry Rogers Motorsport will be leaving the series, they've handed in one of their REC's to Supercars Management with the other likely to be transferred to Matt Stone Racing.

The REC currently being used by Matt Stone Racing (on lease from Jason Bright) looks to be going to Brad Jones Racing as they expand to four cars, possibly including another satellite team (ala Tim Blanchard Racing) to run Jack Smith in his own car.

The Tekno Autosports/Sydney team has one REC but is likely to expand to a two car outfit after negotiating with Supercars Management to purchase a second REC.

As far as changes go, it's a case of:

-2 Garry Rogers Motorsport
-2 Kelly Racing
+1 Team 18
+1 Matt Stone Racing
+1 Brad Jones Racing
+1 Tekno/TBA

Team Kiwi Racing has also stated a desire to be on the grid in some form for 2020 although it remains to be seen whether that is as a full-time squad or through a series of wildcards. Supercards also stated there were three REC's available at the moment although it was unclear if that includes the above changes or there's another three on top of what has occurred already.

That's how things are from my understanding. There may be other factors or news I may have missed.
