Atley has moved to a clear cut favorite.

You can expect him to further shorten if North loses games this year, regardless of what actually happened in the match.

4/5: Shaun Atley
2/1: Kayne Turner, Dom Tyson, Tom Campbell
5/1: Aiden Bonar, Jack Ziebell, Taylor Garner, Trent Dumont, Aaron Hall
10/1: Kyron Hayden , Jared Polec
I guess you need to play seniors to have the best chance to win.

Naturally, the eternally entitled must have someone for the sacrificial alter.

Their anguish must be appeased.

It's about them after all.

Charlie, I would appreciate it if you didn't respond to me again about anything.

That’s the Christmas Spirit, Snake!

I feel like some Deane Lester type analysis is required on the field, so here we go:

Shaun Atley - Not without claims, place chance here.

Kayne Turner - The One to Beat

Dom Tyson - Don’t Overlook, won this race last year.

Tom Campbell - Marginal Chance

Aiden Bonar - Will be running home strongly, Don’t Dismiss.

Jack Ziebell - Quickest last 200 in this event last year, needs a bit of luck from the gate but if everything went his way, definite chance if change of tactics of riding further back were to not help. Include in multiples.

Taylor Garner - Talented now gelding, Tendency to Jump awkwardly. Stable favourite, Prefer Others.

Trent Dumont - Genuine Chance

Aaron Hall - Would need to improve but ‘best’ form has him right in the finish. Include.

Kyron Hayden Not Today.

Jared Polec Prefer in something easier.

What odds Goldy and his mid contract form slump?

Where’s the Ahern, Zurhaar, Thomas, Atu, Young, Noble, Sonja Hood and Peter Scanlon options?

Yes David Noble.

He's already copped an absolute hammering from the person who thinks unfair to criticise Turner, Ziebell and Atley.
