Trae is a special player. He's not a special shooter. Just because he can hit a long bomb or difficult shot every now and then, it doesn't mean he's a great shooter.

As noted above, he only shoots low 30s from 3.

And the "Trae can shoot from distance" is not true. He's shooting 30% from greater than 25 feet in the post season, and only 34% during the season. These aren't special.

Trae's talents can stand on their own merit. He doesn't need to be compared to Curry.
Going at 31.6 pts and 9.4 asts on 53/52/88 shooting recently.

You're using a 5 game sample size over his 218 game career sample size?

38.7% for the season.

So he's a decent/good shooter so far this season, in a very small sample size.

Oh, I missed that he's only a Westbrook like 32% in the post season.
