I think it is time to have a thread dedicated to 2021.
I know it is still 2020 but there is only 92 days (including today) until 2021.
I think 2021 will bring a position in 5th for Freo and a Semi final loss to eventual premiers Brisbane.
C'mon Freo!

We have to make finals next season. we've cleaned out the dud assistants, we've cleaned out the horrible medical team, we've cleaned out the dud players who aren't up to standard, absolutely no excuses not to play finals next year, ideally a home final at least too, we're capable of finish high.

So long as Young, A Pearce, Logue, Sturt plus all the regular best 22 are out there round 1 next year I'm happy.
Sturt and Young are 2 of the most exciting talents we've had for a while and with Serong into a 2nd year plus another pre-season into Brayshaw/Cerra and hopefully a normal full pre-season we should be ready to rumble.
Hopefully young Liam Henry is ready to play at the top level by then too.

I’d like to think one of Cerra or Brayshaw or maybe even both will make the 40 man AA squad next season.
We should be looking for a top 6 finish. Keep all our players fit. Win a final.

That would be nice. If it's a 17 game season, hoping tabs kicks 30-35 goals and gets all Australian best 22

I can’t wait, bring it on. I feel so much more confident going into next year.
There were some games where we looked like a finals side this year. Well we played like one in a few games.

Change the medical staff and have out best 22 on the park for most weeks and finals is possible

Reckon you have us a bit high mate but fair enough, reckon we're probably a couple of spots lower. Would love to get a home final at the least.

Note: Using 18 round 17 game season at no specific grounds.

Floor ~ 10
Ceiling ~ 5/6 (midseason 2019, pre-injury tipping point, were fringing top 4)
Easy Take: The medical room. It's all up to getting the key position players out there and firing for the majority of the season (bookends especially). Two of Hamling, Pearce & Logue get a TTHD preseason. Same for Taberner, Hogan, Lobb, plus Sturt. Asking too much?

I think 2021 will bring a premiership cup for Freo (women's)

I expect the Cripps and Fyfe show to push the men higher than 5th. I mean any opp clearances would only be by an odd ball bounce or error alone.

Would love Freo ladies get a flag in 2021.

Again, I can see Freo getting 7th or 8th in 2021

If Cripps is such a lock, how come there is no Cripps thread or any other rumour of it happening?

Genuinely curious 😊

The Aquinas handshake.

Fyfe & Cripps have come to an agreement, didn’t need to involve any snivelling player managers.

Player managers = leaks.
