Arrested Development were fun, remember black music when it used to be fun and they weren't all rapping about shooting cops and beating bitches.

If you're going to attempt 'gangsta rap' then you should do it right....Like this one from the 90's.

Shitscared with Rob and Mick was champagne comedy.

People used to stay in on Saturday nights just to watch the Late Show, you didn't want to miss it, it was that funny.

I was about 13/14, i didnt really have a choice!

Went to some forum back in the early 2000s in the city. Got Tony and Rob's autographs- both very friendly guys.

If I had a choice to be transported in time to live in a few of the decades of last century the 1990's I feel would be one of the least interesting ones.
I'd skip if I could time travel.

I'd skip the 30, 40, and teen decade because of those world wars.
Skip post war decade of 1950's too as looks dull as all **** time in history.

Hippy and flower power of 60's would be a little interesting to experience.
First decade of last century would be interesting to experience.

70's maybe for sport, music, movies and distance from world wars

80's for sure as so much was changing and still interesting world landscape with Iron Curtain existing

80's and the 00 years of last century I be happy to explore most.

The vanilla version but clip rocks.

What happened to Ice Cube? He used to be bad ass, now he's like a vanilla Eddie Murphy.

Maybe he just wants to live a relatively stress free life and enjoy his money?

Still wrote some of the defining lyrics of modern music.

Realised he was successful enough to get away with going through the motions and/or retire perhaps (don't know what he does). Once you reach a certain level of rich you have to try pretty hard to squander it all and lose the cushy life.

Eminem's efforts dropped off pretty quick once he was set for life.

Blondie's 'Rapture' is credited with being the first hit rap song in the mainstream musical scene.....Released in 1981.

You need to wait for the break @ 1.55-3.05 for the 'rap' to begin....Some nonsense 'Man From Mars' lyrics in it too....Yet they still stick in one's mind to this very day. 'You eat Cadillac's, Lincolns too, Mercury's & Subaru's; & you don't stop, you keep on eating cars."...The Rap/cultural alienation trope is most Interesting & intriguing from a cultural critique perspective.

One of my mum's friends was friends with Judith Lucy and they had lunch with Judith, Mick and Tony when they were doing a show in Perth around the time of The Late Show, she knew I was a fan of the show so she got them to write a message to me with their autographs on a beer coaster. She said Judith and Mick were really nice and friendly but Tony was a bit stand offish and looked like he didn't want to be there.

Would be hard to go back to previous decades without the internet if you'd been used to having it, even going back to the 90s with dial up internet would be hard if you were used to broadband speeds.

First of the 90s kids turns 30 next year which is a bit of a trip.

I Know girls who would hang out at the footy or baseball in a Friday night trying to barter rides with guys with hot cars, the going rate was oral. These girls now have daughters, daughters born in the ninties

So do the guys with hot cars

Would adjust pretty quick. Would not be hard at all. Lived first two decades of life without internet. It is not the be all and end all Plugger...lol
