If you have a double pick it means you have to wait much longer in between picks.

We did a similar thing on EFH last year, and found the best way to get it done quickly was just organise a few hours on a particular night and go through as many as possible, 10 minute limit between picks sort of thing.

Or PM an ordered list of the players you want to pick up with your next few picks to another player if you don't think you'll be on when your pick comes.
