Yes that's right. This elite citizen, who performs a callous act on an innocent player and then gets every Muslim celebrity to sign a petition to save him from suspension now has his own party.

But you guessed it, the AFL is paying for the honour.

Under the guise of diversity, the AFL hosted a Ramadan event today. I missed the Jewish celebration, and the Orthodox celebration. But this AFL which plays football on the holiest Christian day, celebrates one belief. This is is so inclusive.

But wait it gets better. There is even a Basher community award. I think its for the player who hits someone behind play and then can get the most nominations for good bloke in a day.

Well done AFL keep showing your bias, and by not hosting an event for ALL other religions and beliefs you are racist, as you are singling out one belief system and celebrating this one belief.

Just another way in which the AFL tacitly supports violence against women really.
Are you accussing basher of being violent against women and therefore inferring all muslims males are violent women beaters, for such a seemingly open minded club jumper your'e now starting to show your true colours, what a sad day it is:rainbow:

I'm saying the religion supports violence against women, which it does.

As do most patriarchal religions, it all depends on the individual interpretation of the Bible, Koran etc.

To honour and Obey ring any bells.

Im not a religious type and have a wife and two girls so Im all for women getting equal opportunities but dont lumber all Muslims/ Christians etc with the taint of the fundementalists.

Calm down, its about celebrating diversity and a contribution towards living together without carrying on like everyone who is different should be denegrigated. Keep your animosity towards Muslims to yourself.

Its not fundamentalists when everyone strictly adheres to the writings. One religion has that. Others mostly have people ignoring the bits they arent interested in.

But hey, I just came here to post pictures of the cake they ate at the party. Gil had a lot of grovelling to do.

That's actually a pile of complete and utter bullshit, in about ten different ways.

I'm not going to argue it further in here, but you should either acquire some small degree of knowledge of this subject or stop commenting on it.

I am just talking about the teachings, not the followers. The teaching says women are inferior and are entitled to less, and can be hit, and so forth. It has a bit to say about the Jews, homosexuals and other minorities too.

If they want to celebrate diversity they could do more for all the religions.
