The last two years he has been one of the most initiative coaches.

However most of his ideas were around starting positions which he isn't allowed to do this year. It will be interesting to see if he can work around this moving forward

I’m hoping that the club has learned from the last trade period and will find a dedicated negotiator to take care of our trading.

Josh Mahoney might be great at his job (...no idea really) but it’s an entirely different skill set that is required when dealing with other clubs.

Any negotiation should start with the following statement:

‘Andrew Brayshaw is a contracted player and is very much a part of the club’s plans for the future.’

Most were either high picks, traded in, father sons or free agents
