I'm nervous about Goodwin as a coach and I think he seems a bit crazy.

EDIT: so this is pretty much a kind of minor irk to napalm thread, without the fights?
This thread is the equivalent of drinking Carltons in a tuxedo.

The question isn't whether he gets a card, the question is how hard do I slap him.

I like Scoop too.
I would have thought a week but he's having a good crack on the bitchmond banter thread so a warning will suffice this time around

And Melksham had two damn good games and I'm a fan even if he was average against Freo.

Safe to say you're feeling you have to go against the popular opinion that Milkshakes is ****ing useless, but TWO damn good games? He'd struggle to get a participation award in an Auskick game. You need to be drug tested.

Nope. He was crummy in Round 1 but that was as much about rust IMO. Was excellent against Carlton and very good against Geelong. Quarterback role suits him very well.

I assumed Striker475 meant two good games for the bombers before coming to us?

Was absolutely abominable against Carlton. 2 in 3 kicks directly to blues players. Not even mis kicks gathered by blues, directly to blues players.

My unpopular opinion is Striker475 is unfit to be a dees board mod!

Clayton Oliver a good player with clean hands but not as good as we make him out to be. Repeatedly he handballs off to someone else when he is in a far better position to deliver the kick himself.

In the JLT he was kicking the ball more often, and they were good kicks, but then he has gone away a bit from that already. Yes should kick the ball more often, he's pretty good at that too.

We're far too easy to set up a game plan against from the centre square. One extra man sits in the hole in front our forwards and picks off any long Tyson bombs to no-one. We'll try our game plan of regular short passes and come unstuck when the opposition gets back quickly enough to fill any gaps in our forward 50, especially aided by that extra player.

Also Gawn is the difference between making finals this year and missing out. Get used to another 11th place finish guys.

Well I was looking forward to Monday night until I stumbled upon this thread...

Goodwins game plan is shit and we'll get pulled apart by the good team.

A lot of our players do. Not really something that's an issue with a 19 year old though.

Also i reckon we should have kept Newton and developed him as a small forward instead of a mid

Rather than an all out brawl this seems to be more of a mosh pit.

I don't belive you, surely you're trolling

I don't think his point is wrong at all. Hogans best games are when he runs his opponent up and down the ground and loses them because he is so fit. His bad games are when he doesn't even lead and just tries to sit there and wrestle.

Yeah i don't rate his 1 on 1 ability, plus he's not that tall and defenders are good at spoiling stationary defenders these days because they aren't as strong as the Locketts/Dunstalls/Neitz etc
