I understand you’re upset your club does not play on the day and does not contribute to the legend of the ANZAC, but that’s no reason to denigrate 2 proud clubs who elevate the day for all Australians.

No. We are honouring/respecting the veterans on this day basically as the face of the AFL.

Remember, last nights debacle only racked in a crowd of 77k. Today it will easily hit 95k. Everyone knows which day is more important.

The AFL have a lot of faults but I think we can all agree they have nailed Anzac Day.

I know minnow sides like the tigers, melbins, and hawfs crave to play on such a monumental day. But sorry guys, it just won't happen. Also, tugger fans, Anzac eve is as irrelevant as your 2018 season. No one remembers Anzac eve like they do Anzac day where the entire nation stops. I know you tugger and hawfs fans are glued to the T.V. It's ok, you can admit it. We are all friends here.

Meh. Anzac Day? I support one of 3 teams who came, saw and conquered in New Zealand on Anzac Day. I was there too, my first Lions away game outside of QLD. Such an awesome experience! You guys can have the G each year.

I think the issue is not enough exposure.. 2 games there this year, maybe next year we might get more games there, depending on how we go for the rest of this year.
