With force? Are you endorsing an escalation in violence? Looks like. You seem to find it easy to dismiss all of Antifa's actions due to their opponents being "white supremacists" based on the actions of a few actual nutjobs who are not nearly as organised within their "movements" as Antifa is. Yet when Antifa beats someone up you say "oh well that person should go to jail" but conveniently wash your hands of them as part of Antifa (even though many are involved and more celebrate such actions) set the same standard that you have for Antifa for the "white supremacists" or preferably the reverse.

Pretty easy to justify hitting people when you categorise the president as the leader of a new Nazi movement you authorise 68 million people to be assaulted.

When you say the antifa movement is growing, you're referring to the US. Because that's where a fascist politics is emerging. Trump is the leader, but it was brewing for a while. He just have it some 'respectability'. The antofa movement is directly proportionate to fascist politics.

He is the leader of reanimating of fascist politics. It's why so many (often openly) fascists and white supremacists supported him.

Your leap to 'they should be allowed to assault 68 million people' requires a logical and ethical hop, skip and a jump. The onus is not on the left to disprove the notion they are violent.

Why not? Why are you giving a pass to violence? I don't condone it in any circumstance and think that people hiding behind a protest and acting violently should be punished heavily by the law and groups that endorse this behaviour should be called out appropriately.

Thing is until recently Antifa wasn't and till relatively recently a group with thousands of members around the world that endorses "bashing the fasch or w/e" was lauded or ignored by the media and even today the extent of condemnation compared with the much smaller right wing analogues is sorely lacking.

You're trying to draw parallels between antifa, and nationalist terrorism. One has a growing body count; the other does not.

How do you define a Nazi? Personally, of course. I'm not asking you to speak for Antifa, but I'm interested in whose skulls think deserve "cracking".

Both groups different sides of the same coin. The concern is that Antifa are "socially acceptable" and supported by politicians and MSM talking heads, whereas everyone knows PB are rascals.
