I can't see that the driver was actually battered though? They chased and damaged his car, which would have been frightening enough and fits the technical description of "assault" - he feared he was going to be physically attacked. But I can't see that they bashed him at all or am I missing something?

Screaming, intimidating an old person of any kind is a low act. But for the reason at a war veteran who risked their life for freedom of others, only speaks in volumes why groups like antifa are pure rubbish, the people who protect them as well are no better!
