In response Boland could have said fine I’m going off injured with 2 balls left, and than been too unfit to play before heroically returning for a last wicket stand.

Who misses out then? 5 tests in a summer so Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth would need to not get one. Boxing Day and New Years will always be in Melbourne and Sydney.

It's the rules from the local government.
The MCG has the same rules apply to it. Hell for the MCG to even use the lights they have to get it signed off by the sports minister!

The crowds have actually been well down on the 14000 tickets sold to each of the first three days allthough Covid that hit Tassie in recent weeks is the reason for that.
Need harsher punishments as Warne suggests.

Covid has fooked up every thing pretty much.
Going to the cricket, is pretty good at smaller grounds that are pretty packed for almost every day.
That's why I enjoyed going to the ashes over in England .
