Our assistants are a real worry. Harvey is a club champion that St Kilda was happy to let go and Lappin has as much credibility as a jockey at a nightclub. Eade will be Football manager next year. We need some new blood!!

I hear this comment often and wonder how anyone can be a judge of this? We don't see what goes on on the inside. We are just guessing that the assistants are a problem because we see our team under performing. But really it is just guess work.

But if there was one experienced, hard nut coach we need to give our players a rocket then he's the one!

Seriously, our players need to be ripped a new one - and i can see Voss as a Senior Assistant having no problems in giving it to them (give him a million a year - what else is all the money for?) Lappin to go, Harvey almost better in development than seniors...

And maybe we can get Fev to play full forward.... One thing I always liked about Vossy's coaching is his keen eye for a good player

For some reason Voss strikes me as being a bit thick...not the sharpest tool in the box..... as well as being a complete c@*t. His coaching performance was not great at Brisbane was it so..... why??

Is close to the top of WCE list of candidates for the senior coaching role.
Centrebet has him favourite fwiw.

IMO, if he misses out we should make a big play for him as Buck's senior assistant.

Leigh Tudor has burst out of nowhere to be the tip to be the new coach of the Eagles.

Burns has already been offered a job at Collingwood next year, it happened over the past few days (source is pretty genuine here). Doesn't mean he's coming back as he's said in the past that he is enjoying WA, but if he doesn't get the Eagles job he will leave them you'd think, and there's only one other club over there lol.

I'd say absolutely to Burns BUT posters here would have to place the same criteria on him as our current assistants. WC coaching has been deplorable too this year from where they should have been. He is part of that failed assistants group.

I think Bucks needs genuine proven assistants around him. Not peers or ex team mates. Ben Hudson was a good move. Now go get the best available!

Voss was asked yesterday whether he would return to Brisbane if a new board asked him to...his reply was that he wanted to be an assistant somewhere else.
