Nah I get that but as SM said this seems to simplify things which should make it easier for the umps. Last touch is a free unless it’s a contest.AFL umpires are mic’d up and you’ve never heard two of them making two different calls on the exact same play? It happens almost every game. The video might look simple as someone is narrating the rule, try being an umpire and making the right call. Some AFL umpires struggle with HTB calls.
But hey, change can also be good.

Yes, yes I did Smudger. For one thing, Essendon were way overdue for a win, and I also believe St Kilda are overrated and due for a loss.
You may think I was blindfolded throwing darts at a board with this prediction but I also felt personal wise, Essendon match up very well against an St Kilda Team that has overachieved this season thus far.
