Disappointing loss but we’ll be fine going forward.

Credit to Carlton, in the past they would’ve just rolled over that last quarter but they hung tough. They’ve still got a long way to go, but they have some really good footy in them now.

De Konig was massive for them. Got them across the line in that last quarter.

The frustrating thing is if you take just that first and last quarter, it was a brilliant game, hard fought and a reasonably even contest. The umpiring in the middle just distorted the game disgustingly.

Good game. Blues defence stood up those first 15-20 mins of last qtr when Swans kept pumping it in, just couldn’t get score on the board. Couple of dropped marks by Buddy last 10 mins there proved crucial.

De Koning was huge in the last. For a 30 gamer I didn't think he'd have that in him for a while yet

Can't be too frustrated in the game, just the second quarter where we really let it get away from us. Not helped by some absurd umpiring. Decent game in general though, and like the Lions game, don't think we've done our credentials too much disservice.
You won 3 of the 4 quarters in the end. First quarter we dominated but lost it by a point

Sydney would be silly to give up either of those players in a standalone trade for him. 1 first rounder on its own wouldn't be a bad deal assuming the swans go into the 2nd or 3rd week of finals

They wont.

Someone is clearly on the piss.

If Dusty goes it will be cheaply. We’ve already said we won’t stand in his way and we rarely play hard ball at the trade table. I think he stays though.

Nice to see Ed Richards has turned himself into a fine footballer. And a pretty good win in the end. Two in a row for the first time this season.

Wayne Carey is commentating this game like an under 10 coach.

They are putting in great effort. Doing really well. Showing effort.

It is 1.2.8 to 1.2.8.

I get they are not as bad as it was. But hardly worth the constant gushing
