Dogs pick 30 is surely a decent trade? He's not worth a R1 and anything later than a 20-30 pick would be a tad light on.

Should be a pretty easy trade unless Freo are desperate not to lose him.

2x first rounders must be the value asked for. Then there's pick 1 this year and whatever position north end up in next year.

If Port miss finals in 2023 then that should net out at 4 picks inside 10 in 2022 and 2023.
Decent starting point for a rebuild.

Either keep him and convince him to stay or trade next year. Riskier as he'll be out of contract. Or; make the best of it and turn him into multiple R1 picks.
If you can convince Bowes to join and add pick 7 then even better.

With what’s been the rumoured cost for JHF, it seems as though North won’t get proper value for a Pick 1 from only 12 months ago. If the trade is this years 1st (#8) and next years 1st (could be 10+), I doubt know how happy North should be with that. North wouldn’t do that trade with their own Pick 1 this year and no club who has ever had a Pick 1 would do that trade.
