It's pretty well known and previously demonstrated that the Dogs throw a hell of a lot. I remember seeing footage from the GF where they were meant to be examining your "Quick & best hands" and ended up embarrassingly laughing given 90% of the footage had you throwing it.
Lachie Hunter threw one through his legs and got away with it

Everything else, nope.

Don't like complaining about the umpires but that was a disgusting quarter. Jack uses his body to outmuscle his opponent in a marking contest and it's a "block". Give me a f***ing spell.
IIRC he may not have made contact with the ball there though

Was pretty lucky with his "speccy" late in the third. Clearly had his hands in the back well before he went up to mark.
That Dustin Martin deliberate as well lol. If they're ever in doubt they should just ball it up. One of the worst I've seen.
As chef said before, Stringers was way worse last week
more then one incident you guys get looked after every week

dusty legged no free
dusty pushed in the back no free
countless dog throws play on
bont tackled and doesn't dispose of it play on
we breathe on you free kick dogs

you are a good side but the umps cant wait to jump on your nuts dogs have 3 extra men every week

They'll beat us in two weeks like always though

We'll probably get another 4 injuries against West Coast on top of whoever is already out. Always play them with a mammoth injury list so can never put together something close to best 22, not to mention we always play them at the Cattery every year....

Would be glorious if we rolled them, but we won't. We always have some handicap going into games against them.
Hardly been rated tbh, just the media.
And your massive hoard of Bay 13 flogs
That's not the only lesson. Collingwood belted you and it wasn't just because you didn't hit targets.

That looks an even worse loss after this week haha. They're absolute gash.
Thought you were Jodwah for a sec :p

Gash :p
We got away with 30 throws?.. that's compete BS, and you know it. Umpires were shit all night both ways. You can't come into this thread and say we were gifted a win when you were gifted an absolute howler of a goal that kept you in it with under two minutes left, that got you within 4 points.

And if the umpires really wanted us to win, then why didn't they pay that mark to Tom Boyd that gets given 80% of the time in modern day footy? Just take your medicine mate.
Not everyone handles defeat well mate.

I think the penny turned for me in that regard with the 2009 prelim (I was 21 then), even with them two dubious Riewoldt goals (the Lake dive/gift and the touched soccered goal to win them the game), we blew every chance we had in front of goal, particularly early on when we were 2.6 to 0.3 at QT. Should've been 5-6 goals up at quarter time but we blew it. Similar story the next year also with inaccuracy/inefficiency, but they blew us out of the park in the third quarter also.

Since then I kinda look at why we lose games rather than blame the umpires. Whether the other team outplayed/outcoached us, inaccuracy/inefficiency (GWS game down to a tee), injuries etc.

We played you guys twice last year, once at Etihad and in Geelong.

The game this year was never going to be played at Etihad, we haven't had a home game yet, and we should be playing more games at home anyway.
