Perhaps. I'm really happy for their supporters and those at the club.

The bandwagoners and the media are bloody annoying though.
I get where he is coming from. The media are gonna have a frenzy all week.

Im happy for the club and their fans though but I'll dodge most of the media all week.

Jatz you live in Sydney and are complaining about the media wankfest over the Bulldogs?

You've seen what happens when the Swans win, surely?
Apparently theres been a fair wankfest over the Giants too that's escaped unnoticed with most of the media openly assuming they would play the Swans in the granny.

Funnily enough, a lot of their coverage last week was negative for them (what happens if they win the GF etc etc).

Fair enough, i must admit it was grinding my gears on friday night they way they commentators were talking about how well the Giants will match up against the Swans in the Granny. Apparently most of the pregame on Saturday was about them too.

Yeah, that's definitely rubbish from them.

Because you've not made a GF in 5 decades, people love the underdog. I really hope my club never gets to that.

I've got nothing against the club or their supporters and certainly wouldn't feel bad if they won. But the media are absolutely over the top with ramming everything Bulldogs down our throat. Can't wait to hear about what a good guy Bob Murphy is all bloody week.
Bob Murphy is a good guy.

Why the sour grapes? This should inspire you and make you feel good, or does it just remind you what a basket case Carlton are?

Yes I know he is, they've told me plenty of times.

Yep, you got me. Been crying about how Carlton aren't full of good guys and aren't in the GF.

You really are rotten on the whole thing aren't you?

Ease up and enjoy the week! :)

Even I can put up with some praise for the Dogs, I actually don't care about the result this weekend, either way I'll feel pretty happy.

So could I. That's not what it'll be though.

I am late with this, but that last quarter between the Dogs and Giants? Now that was some good entertaining stuff.

Well done to the Dogs! First time since 71! I'm hoping all those Dogs fans who have waited a long time are cherishing these moments, and maybe they can show they're not just here to enjoy the occasion, but to win it all!

Also goes to highlight how close it has been this season with the top 7, and it would be brill to see 7th place take it all! Now that's getting it done the Footscray way.

(No, I am not saying that other thing you were expecting to be said considering the style of play and the fact that it's the Doggies we're talking about.)

Yep. It is a great story and should inspire all supporters that no matter how bad their club is atm who knows what will happen in a season or twos time.

Bob is loved by all for a reason. Im sure he brought thousands of people to tears with the images after the game.

Did notice this after the Swans game. The four blokes were talking about GWS and how they would match up and that GWS recently had the wood on them etc. They were going on about it for five minutes. Wayne Carey of all people ending up interrupting and saying, but let's not forget, GWS havent actually made it through yet, they still have to beat the Dogs which wont be easy. All the other blokes seemed to catch themselves and were like oh yes, mmm yes, oh yeah for sure, oh i totally agree.

**** off everyone.
