Like you I am feeling optimistic. I wished it was with Charlie in the forward line but he won’t be ready until the second half of the season. He has had some rotten luck with injuries. Charlie and Harry in the forward 50 would be quite frightening when it comes to fruition.

We need a few of Setterfield, Dow, SPS, Fisher etc. to really take a big step forward in their careers to achieve anything. Still far too reliant on cripps. Not saying the 4 mentioned can't improve there's clear upside in them. Just need to do it regularly and be pushing for top 5 in the B&F, currently don't think they've finished top 10

Using the above example. Nothing stopping the player kicking for goal from running 10 meters to his preferred side and then just playing on. It will take some getting used to.

AFL needs to * off and stop ******* with the rules. It's like they have to justify the rule committee by changing something every year. They never listen to the fans either who hate every single rule change they've made in the last 10 years.

In a crazy way our positive was that our worst players last night we know can be much better in Docherty and Cripps. Then lost our only KPF in the squad in the first half and still managed to nearly crack the the 100 with Jack Silvagni and Oscar McDonald as our main targets lol

McKay and Weitering were walking at the end of the game with no ice. By the sounds of it they will be right to go in Round 1. Should be getting Gov, Levi and Betts could all be back for Round 1. Charlie is huge when he finally gets back.
