It doesn't bother me either way. Sydney have adopted similar mantras of multiple captains and/or vice-captains over the years. If it gives some extra authority for Howard and Membrey to take ownership of performance/culture then it can't hurt.Do we really need two captains and two Vice captains? It’s overkill. And it's really good for Doogs as he has not been in the system long. Must've shown real leadershipGood moves all round. Doogs and Members at each end makes oh-so much sense, and fair tribute for Gears being able to hold the position till retirement. He's held the fort during dark days and easing the load on Jack will be valuable in it's own right.
