Spurs you would think are done now for top four and CL.

We have kept ourselves in it with a win over Southampton even though we are big underdogs.

Need Everton to do us a favour. If we can get West Ham in the rear view it will be all about Leicester and can they sh*t the bed with their last three fixtures.

We absolutely have to win out though.

Arsenal finished 8th last season, at best they are probably looking at 9th this season, maybe 10th.

Wenger out though has definitely helped. I wonder if the fan base is still super happy with themselves that they hounded the club legend out the door.

He had to go.

Who do you think gave Ozil his huge contract and allowed Sanchez's contract to run down?

Surely your manager doesnt do contracts for the players?
Under Arsene FC, yes. He did. The club (under Gazidis) at the time took conscious steps to reduce Wenger’s influence over the running of the club by installing other people in charge of recruitment/technical support etc (such as Mislintat from Dortmund). Obviously this got Wenger’s nose out of joint.

These guys all came and went pretty quickly after Gazidis left to Milan, fast forward to now and the club has gone full circle in now bestowing that power onto Arteta. Instead of focusing on the coaching of the team, Arteta was supposedly the one to try and negotiate pay reductions in the playing squad during the pandemic. It’s just bizarre and incoherent the way Arsenal has managed this in such a short space of time.

As Glen says, Wenger did everything, everything ran by his watch, his way.

Leicester (3rd, 66 points, +22): Chelsea (A, 4th), Tottenham (H, 5th).

Chelsea (4th, 64 points, +21): Leicester (H, 3rd), Aston Villa (A, 10th).

West Ham (5th, 58 points, +10): Brighton (A, 17th), West Brom (A, 19th), Southampton (H, 14th).

Liverpool (6th, 57 points, +18): Manchester United (A, 2nd), West Brom (A, 19th), Burnley (A, 16th), Crystal Palace (H, 13th).

Tottenham (7th, 56 points, +20): Wolverhampton (H, 12th), Aston Villa (H, 10th), Leicester (A, 3rd).

Everton (8th, 55 points, +4): Aston Villa (A, 10th), Sheffield United (H, 20th), Wolverhampton (H, 12th), Manchester City (A, 1st).

A lot will depend on United vs Liverpool. A United win all but kills Liverpool. A draw still makes it tough for Liverpool. West Ham need to win their last 3 and hope Leicester or Chelsea fail to get to 67.

I think he's saying it'll be a draw against United and then 3 wins, which means Leicester need 2 draws, and Chelsea a draw and a win.
Ah yeah fair enough. I dont think we win out either. I think we draw against United but win the other three which would leave us just short.

Huge game for us tonight. City last day could be a win simply as they have it won and have CL coming up. Get through tonight and we could win all 4.
