Jagga Smith could very well be the best (non Father Son Selection) from his draft class.

Time will tell.

I still firmly believe trading up for Jagga was the right thing to do. But yes some of our drafting and young player development in recent years has been sub par. Would be churlish to deny it

Hawthorn's flags in the era 1971-1991 might be slightly tainted by the Luke Rort.

You could say St Kilda underperformed a tad in the same era given the boost they enjoyed from the same rort.
