The closest I have been is at a zoo in Munich. I was just having a a quiet slash at one of of the urinals there. No one else around. Then suddenly someone goes mopping around the area while I was in mid slash. I ignored them. Once I had finished I noticed the person doing all the mopping was a chick! They have no rules in Germany.

I didn't have much trouble pissing in Munich when I was at Oktoberfest drinking all that beer, the less said about Berlin the better
