They have it on some plane flying over. I don't think anyone asks for it. It's what you have reluctantly when everything is gone.
My son and his mates went to the USA when they were 19. They ended up down In Mexico and went to a bar and ordered Coronas. The barman asked them if they were English - and when they said no, they ask why he had asked them that. The barman's response was that none of the locals drink Corona as they think its cats piss.

Bit like Fosters here in OZ.....

I like Crown. That is not what is on the planes. Qantas domestic has/had Fosters but I've never seen passengers asking for it. I don't know where the love of Fosters came from. The Vic's I know wouldnt touch the stuff. I recall the Barry McKenzie movie and that's all he drank. Our Grand Prix was sponsored by Fosters.

I feel like if they re-issued Fosters, it would be popular just for the retro novelty factor

I am drinking the last of a pale ale I hopped with VIC secret and Galaxy, this is 5 months old now and the last bottle...it is such a good beer, one of the best I have made...I am having a minutes silence for this. It was bloody good four weeks in but five months...how do I put this...and no offense to the ladies but it is like your wife going I have made you a Lemon Meringue pie and whilst you are eating it i am going to sneak under the table.

I know I made it but I'd pay good money to drink this

That looks close to my old seats at Footy Park on the Eastern wing. ;)

But can she do this

Have a very good copy of the Coopers Pacific Ale going at the moment. For people that brew, it's that one when you get the hops % done spot on, not a degree on either side, just bang on. For those who may be interested for every litre that is 3g of galaxy and 2g of Melba. The beer itself is at 3 months of conditioning but geez bit of back-patting going on whilst I am drinking this

Just turned on the History Channel. A program just starting "Your Shout" It's the history of Beer making in Australia. Should be interesting. Fosters, XXXX, Coopers.

Have started trying Motueka hops in pilsners. For those unaware, Motueka is an NZ hop that has combined Saaz with another to make it Saaz with a citrus flavour.

I'm struggling to think how I can make a better pilsner now, fresh, crisp, floral, melon and a bitterness that isn't quite divorced woman bitterness but recently separated for sure.

I muck around a fair amount with the lagers and pilsners with my brewing but I reckon this hops choice nails one of the styles I might do for the next few years. This has only had 4 weeks secondary but geez it drinks very well.

Any good?

I drink Coopers Pale most of the time, tried Coopers Session last week and its horrid.

Not a big fan of the session beers to be honest.
Sorry didnt see this earlier.

Its still my go too, tap house is around the corner from me and have 50c wings on a friday night, so safe to say its a regular.

I am a big Session ale fan and this one is right up there, they also have a few bigger beers such as West Coast IPAs and a IIPA as well as a great stout, plus the special releases.

Great Adelaide brewery and tap house.

So I don't make this too boring, I have a reasonable set up for making beer.

I'm a lager drinker so it puts me offside with most "home brewers" but I like mixing up the yeast I brew with as it makes as much of a difference as the hops. I'm really enjoying a Bohemian style pilsner with a "fruity yeast" just to give it a bit of fruit taste to it. Yeah, you can mix up the hops to get that taste but I do like the noble hops for the pilsners, so a bit of Saaz (1.2gms per litre) and this is going down really nice as I have a day off tomorrow.

Paired it with some bao buns for dinner, life is good.

The Ventnor in Port Vincent and Coopers Ale house Wallaroo make bao buns to die for
