Lennon has laughably garbage delivery, but it's gotten so slow, stagnant and desperate that I'd take the twat just for his pace.

No doubt we'll go with Donkey Dirk alone up front with the Z-Grade Benayoun on the right, as well as the pathetic squib Lucas in midfield.

What a team, absolutely unstoppable.

Agger in for Carra when he's fit.
Insua in for Aurelio when he's back.
Torres in for either striker when he's back fit enough to start every game possible. (Then we completely change our formation)

You know Djib, I could have sworn I said that same thing to you earlier.

:p

But in all seriousness, how could you not predict it?

It's just such a ridiculously negative selection, featuring all his Z-Grade favourites, away from home in a game where we need 3 points.

Textbook Benitez.

Actually Mr. Park-The.

You predicted Mascherano in the middle with Lucash Lee-aiva!

I'm holding on to that slight bit of hope that Rafa knows if Xabier Olano Alfonso doesn't play, we're f00ked.

I have a win/win situation on my hands. :D

Liverpool win, we stay in the hunt = win.

Wigan win, i'm $130 richer due to Man U/Villa/Wigan multi i put $10 on at 13/1 = win.

:D:p

Why wouldnt Torres start?? We need to win. Torres has to play. Kuyt alone up front means 0-0 and Babel, Ngog up front... err no. Id rather Keane.

When he recovered from his injury last time, he played against Fulham on Saturday, then he played against Marseille 4 days later, full 90 minutes both times and hurt himself.

He played against Everton on Monday night, then Everton again on Sunday (80 and 90 minutes) and now 4 days later we want him to start again? Not sure if he's up to it. I don't want to risk his injury.

Ngog > Keane

I play five-a-side on Monday nights. We've one bloke, vain and pompous as you like, Liverpool fan naturally. Anyway last night he scored a goal with a back-heel and barked out "Yeah what a screamer... Torres!!!"

Few minutes later he's put through clear on an open goal, but instead of sidefooting to tap it in he winds up for a big one and misses the ball completely.

I couldn't resist it.

"Robbie Keane!!!"
:D

If you guys had actually watched Lennon this season he's been very, very good for Tottenham.

Would easily be an upgrade on Kuyt/Benayoun/whoever you put on the right.
Given Lennon has what you like/want, Id take that deal as a Scouse fan Lennon and $$$ for a fairly useless this season and uncomitted Keane.

Spend $$$ on a backup striker and you win the deal...

According to Dirk Diggler's agent.

He's 100% committed to Liverpool and contract talks are underway.

:(
Fortunately for you guys so was Riise last year...

Well folks that is our title chances out of our hands I would say. That is to say that we will now have to rely heavily on Mancs losing points for us to win the title. Given their current form I can't see that happening. Poor game today, few chances created, gave them far too many dead ball chances and probably lucky not to lose.

Being a Fremantle supporter as well as a Liverpool supporter you would think I would be used to constant dissapointment. I am not and am hating this last part of the PL season, so promising early, then piss-poor since. Painfull.

*sigh*

I love Rafa but jeez he leaves me scratching my head sometimes. Why would you take Gerrard off but leave Masch and Lucas on when we needed to chase the win after Wigan scored?

Ah Rafa. Afraid to say it but he's gotta go - is so scared of losing that he refuses to give them the chance to win big. Now i'm all sweary and the rest of my terribly hot working day will be awful. Add to that the fact the league is now gone and i'm genuinely pissed...

Esti i'm blaming you for our recent run of form, blowing leads late in the game is very Dockeresque

As for the result

I'm finding I have nothing to say after our games anymore. It's the same thing, happening over and over again. Nothing new to report, just the same old bullshit

Edit: I thought Yossi was our MOTM. Had a very good game
