PATHETIC doesn't do it justice.
In fairness to him he wasn't exactly Robinson Crusoe in terms of playing poorly in the first half. I know these two sides have a habit of serving up fairly dull affairs but it was a pretty ordinary first 45. And I was really drunk - would hate to have sat through that sober.

I know it's been said several times already, but TOOOOOORRRREEESSSSS!!! Have a serious man-crush on the guy. See what happens when you leave matchwinners on for the full 90? They win matches for you.

I almost - almost - felt sorry for Lampard last night. Terrible decision. Bosingwa though - WTF?

I'm hearing Liverpool have rejected the 15 mill for Keane....anyone confirmed yet??
All I know is Rafa said 'I expect Keane to be a Liverpool player after the window closes'.

In other rumours

Steven Gerrard has been approached by the Great Britain diving coach in a bid to get the Liverpool captain to represent the nation at the 2012 Olympic Games. Gerrard has been touted as the greatest diver of his generation and could surpass Matthew Mitcham's greatest dive in Olympic History.

Dirk Kuyt returned to Holland to celebrate Liverpool's win over Chelsea, it's been reported that Dirk Kuyt owns a brothel in Amsterdam, despite owning the brothel, it's been confirmed that Dirk still did not score.

Oh grimlock, the chances of us getting Crouchzinho back are slimmer than Pele making a comeback in my opinion.

He left because he had a certain #9 playing in his position.

That hasn't and wont change, he wont come back.

We'll sell him.

Just a way to ramp up the price. If we say he's not going anywhere, the later it gets (hopefully) the more desperate Tottenham get.

However, we may be forced to play our hand by getting a striker on loan, which may then confirm we will be selling.

2 papers said we accepted, another said we rejected.

I like the Independent, so I'll go with them and common sense and say we've accepted it.

Did anyone notice when Torres came off that everyone on the bench EXCEPT Agger was smiling and congratulating him. Surely that might mean that Agger is on his way out? Or am i reading too much into it?
Yeah. I'd say you are.

Agger is like that. He's an oddball who likes death metal. He's never happy.

Thought Ste' was great last night. Influential as ever, and created the first goal. He was everywhere.

Should never be moved from that attacking midfield/second striker role. It's almost like having 2 players on the field, because he can bust a gut to get back into midfield, or get forward to create or get on the end of things.

Bin Keane, and get somebody for the RW. Probably a bit late now. Donkey Dirk. He has to go.
Short memory clearly...

Yes, Kuyt's finishing was not there today, but if it wasnt for him in our first 10 or so games, we wouldnt be in the position we are. Kuyt is easily one of the first picked every week. After Stevie and Carra's, no one has more heart for the club.

You want someone to go... how about pointing the finger at easily the worst player i have ever seen pull on a Liverpool shirt - Lucas Leiva. Absolute **** of a player.

Kuyt's finishing wasn't there today? Kuyt's finishing has never been there. He'a donkey.

The "he works hard" line when it comes to Kuyt, bugs the shit out of me.

I'd run my socks off too if I got given the chance to play. Ian Perrie worked hard in the day too. Didn't mean he wasn't a giant hack.

The guy has the technical skills of a bullfrog. Can't shoot, can't pass, can't dribble, can't cross.

He's a 9m pound striker, converted into some absurd right winger/right wing-back/defensive midfielder, because he was a giant flop as a striker.

Haha. No arguments from me here. :D

Anyone else start doing the Torres bounce on the loungeroom furniture?

I'm normally relaxed on the couch during our matches.

After the 80th minute I was actually sitting on the edge of my seat, that's never happened.

The Torres bounce got a work out after I went crazy jumping around the loungeroom fist pumping and doing the chainsaw repeatedly!

Rafa would be crazy to sell Keane without a replacement being lined up, so I expect Keane to stay at least til the end of the season

I think that's where the reputed loan deal for Javier Saviola could come into play, someone to tide us over until the next transfer window

Keane is on his way to London for a medical.

Looks like 15m. Decent damage limitation considering how shite he's been and what a circus it's become.

Great... they better have something up their sleeves. You hate Kuyt playing on the right, he's now playing the right and being our reserve striker.

Our squad is already so thin, easilty the worst depth of any of our big 4 and we plan to stay in the title race, plaus the FA cup, plus Europe without a 15 million dollar striker.

What if Torres does his hammy again?

Rafa has no idea, none.

I wonder: The meeting between the Yanks, Parry & Rafa was supposed to take place after the game yesterday. Then Keane goes today (or so it seems).
Coincidence?
Is Rafa getting his way?
Am I just hypothosizing & talking shite?
Probably the latter.

Not exactly gutted Keane is going though. Not as gutted as I would have been if Sami had gone. Apparently both Newcastle & Sunderland went in for Sami but were both met with a big fat f**k off! Good. Also read rumor (on RAWK & TIA) that Sami went crook after not being included in CL squad, and will now be named in it! Good.

No it isn't.

Someone will come in. Benitez might be annoying, cautiuos and stubborn, but he's not an idiot.
Playing Lucas Leiva questions the integrity of that statement. Have never ever seen anyone love a load of shit the way Benitez loves Leiva.

As for the depth... yes it is. Imagine having Drogba on the bench, or the choice between Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez, Berbatov and even Arsenal have got injuries to Fabergas, Walcott, Eduardo and still manage to roll out a Van Pervert and an Adebayor... even Bendtner for god sake.
