See the thing that annoys me is that for Cisse we are only get around £8 million from Marseille.

Yet look at how much Sevilla are asking for Alves.

Classic story i was reading. Gonzalez has threatened never to play for Chile again as he was caught with 3 woman in his hotel room.

His defence was ..........wait for it

I was only giving them my autograph ;)

Yeah found it....****.

Suspected broken leg at the moment? Dont know whats going, it's his other leg though, not the one he broke against Blackburn. Sounds bad though.

What an awful way to begin the World Cup. Terrible news for Cisse. Shame for Liverpool and France as well but first thoughts have to go to Djibril. What a bastard of a thing to have happen.

jeez I'm shattered for djib...the bloke has absolutely rotten luck...LFC Online have footage of the incident, at first it looks pretty innocuous, but the way his leg breaks is similar to what happen to Golden boy nathan Brown last year... pretty gruesome..

His luck can't get any worse can it? You wouldn't wish this sort of luck on your worst enemy either. He'll bounce back.

Yup poor luck for Cisse and to do it against China in a friendly :(

In the cold hard light of day this has thrown and transfer plans into chaos. Cisse will be kept so there goes about £6 pounds and he wont be playing and even when we do sell him in the future we wont get much.

I just read on one of the forums that the French will have to pay his wages and we get compensation so thats a little comfort i guess.

Will he sell Garcia to get the funds needed ? Will he now keep Sinama Pongolle ? Could Traore be converted into a striker LMAO

Shocking shocking luck. I honestly thought he was starting to hit his straps with us, and know he's back to square one. Has he not got enough calcium in his diet, or something? It wasn't even the same leg. :(

And JLC, I don't think we'll be selling Garcia any time soon.

The poor bloke, almost identical break and broke it the same way as last time

Hope he can come back from this, this is gonna take a long while

Bad luck to us for having to pay his wages for possibly another year, too

Well there were rumours a few weeks ago that Garcia may be sold. However Rafa came out strongly and denied those.

I think it will be a long long time before Cisse returns. You would think he would lose a bit of his pace and when that is your greatest weapon that is a concern.

This injury just cuts his price down and we have to pay his wages for another year

More worried about how we're gonna muster the money to buy two strikers more so than the welfare of Cisse, he'll be fine and he's gonna get a couple of million pounds in the bag for doing nothing this year, he ain't crippled and will be okay again, so there's not much to cry about. Even if he retires he'd have enough cash to live a playboy's life 5 times over

That's pretty harsh CD. What about poor Cisse? I mean the guy almost loses his leg a couple of years ago, comes all the way back and is about to play at the highest level at the world cup and then breaks his other leg in almost the same way. What if it does force him to retire, sure he has money but im sure he is just as passionate about the game as anyone and to see his career take hit after hit is really sad for him.

Im gutted for Djib. I know we were going to sell him but I was happy to see him playing again and looking just as good before his first break. He was going to play in the world cup and we would have got about 8 million for him and all was well. But now this and he has to sit out another 8 months, miss the world cup and may never be the same player again. It's a tragedy for poor Djib.

Having said that, in business mode, not good for Liverpool. We have already sold Nando and Cisse was going to fund some more purchases. Now we have to keep him but not only do we have to keep him, he cant even play. Which means were stuck with Crouch and God and less money to find more strikers. Everything isnt going right for Liverpool so far this offseason. :(

Oh and Garcia is going nowhere???!!
