That's pretty harsh CD. What about poor Cisse? I mean the guy almost loses his leg a couple of years ago, comes all the way back and is about to play at the highest level at the world cup and then breaks his other leg in almost the same way. What if it does force him to retire, sure he has money but im sure he is just as passionate about the game as anyone and to see his career take hit after hit is really sad for him.
Give me a year of his wages and I'll happily let you break my leg. And I'll never get to experience playing a game of football at the highest level.

With very rare exceptions (I can't think of one off the top of my head) I rarely have any sympathy for injured footballers.

Poor Rafa more like it - Houllier got a lot more money to spend than Rafa has and now the most expensive Houllier signing is going down in value by the second.

Cisse is expected to be back around November as they reported that the break is not bad as first thought.

Secondly in the local paper they are saying that Bellamy is now the favoured striker to be signed as he is the cheapest (sorry i mean value for money lol) at £6million pounds. I don't think this signing will be received by Liverpool supporters as Bellamy is seen as trouble.

The signing of Alves should be completed very shortly if it is going to go through. Probably for around £10 pounds. So if that happens thats the wingers sorted for next season.

Sign another quality striker and we are set. If Cisse comes back then thats a bonus :)

Really annoyed that Hamman is leaving and for bugger all as well.

If we sign Bellamy ill be ****ed off! Just not good for the club at all, he isnt even that talented. Id much rather Defoe.

Im glad Cisse's break isnt as bad as first though, I still think he will be sold but probably in January now and for a lot less money.

Ive heard a Viduka rumour which isnt good?? VIDUKA??? I mean cmon...

And Didi leaving is not good, I know we have the cover in central midfield but he is a legend and he will be missed. I hope he stays.

Bellamy not talented? He may be a pretentious twat, but he is talented, and would be more prolific than Crouch or Fowler.
Yeah ok he has talent but he isnt the kind of guy we should be after? He would be playing above his weight division. Bellamy should be playing for a Blackburn, Bolton, Boro, the second tier teams not a european giant like Liverpool. He has never been prolific at Newcastle and was ok last season at Blackburn.

Can you really see that twat playing with Gerrard and Carragher? It just would not work!

European giant FFS. You're a top end premier league team that got lucky in a predominately knockout cup competition the season before last (yes you're not European Chumps any more).

You, along with Man United and Arsenal are lightweights in Europe.

hey guys, i know he plays for those loser evertonians, but fair dinkum I just wanna profess my undying love for Timmy Cahill... I'm a kopite through and through and this might be the wrong place to say so but after last night's all action performance I'll love Cahill forever regardless of whether he plays for the toffees... Cast me out if you must, but I'll stand proud as a fan of Cahill no matter what shirt he wears:eek: :thumbsu:
Does anyone else feel like they're being pulled in two directions here??

That's OK Mr. Sensitive. The Force is strong with you. Leave the "Dark Side" and walk across Stanley Park towards the beautiful and glorious light Blue :D

Nottm Forest are ****? Liverpool just won another european cup? And we have 3 more of that said cup than one Barcelona FC.
Please tell me you're not trying to suggest that Liverpool is a bigger club than Barcelona.

Liverpool did win the CL only 1 year ago which you would think puts them right up there. Having said that, Porto won it only 2 years ago and I wouldn't exactly label them European giants.

For me, I think we are in Europe's elite (giant is such a strong word) but for those who think not - could you please list who YOU would consider to be on that list?

Believe me, this KOP*****E is saying exactly that. Liverpool still should be ashamed of themselves for what they did to English Soccer in the 80's:mad:
