Never posted in this thread but I'm pathetic at getting girls.
Went to a party, pretty girl, I'm too shy, no game to talk to her but was sitting on same table for a while and interacting with others. She knows I exist and saw my social interaction with others which wasn't too bad. End of the night my friend puts my number in her phone while she was gone, didn't see her again. Should I call or text and what should I say? Is it creepy af?

Did you talk to her at all?

And you need to clarify, YOUR friend put YOUR number in HER phone... So how are you going to text her; how did she get your number?
No direct talking unfortunately, just a bit of group banter. Sorry, my friend called my number from her phone as well as adding me as a contact in her phone.

You need to practice talking too girls... You should incorporated harmless flirting on a daily basis with randoms to build confidence.

Scenario
When your out buying a shirt comment on a item or a feature of the lady behind the counter when paying for it during that awkward silence moment while she swipes the card ect. Nothing sexual or suggestive, just something innocent like her hair.
She'll engage the conversation since retail is boring/lonely in those smaller shops, carry the conversation until the transaction is sorted.
When leaving you just say "it was a pleasure chatting, see you later darling"

Doing something this simple will help build your communication skills with strangers and confidence.
During a normal day if you did speak to a random you would just mention the weather or something generic but if you mention something about them/on them it's a different ball game.

Do this over time and it'll become natural. Don't select targets, I was harmlessly flirting with the old ducks and they love it.

Is your friend a guy or a girl, and are they decent friends with this girl?

If it was just a mate who isn't really friends with her and thought it would be a good idea, then I'm going with it being "creepy af".

But who knows, maybe she is shy as well and it will end up okay.

When leaving you just say "it was a pleasure chatting, see you later darling"
Sure, but don't say "darling" unless you're a 40 year old father of two...

What would you even say?
"Hey, you don't know who I am but my friend took your phone when you left it unattended and called me from it so I'd have your number. You're pretty. Want to catch up? I promise I'm not a murderer."
"Please respond."

Met a girl on the weekend, did the deed, however, now I'm kinda regretting it as she seems like a bit of a head case and clinger already.
I seem to attract the two extremes at the moment.
As I've mentioned on this topic before, I usually get the girls that stuff me around, don't communicate and always make excuses to not see me.
Now I get this girl who is the complete opposite.
Why can't I find the happy medium?
Or does that type of woman simply not exist?

In what way is she a head case and a clinger. If you can elaborate a little it might help.

Follow up text: "Hi, I notice with interest that you have not responded to my earlier message. I have provided 2 character witnesses who can attest to my good nature. I have given them your number so they can call you."
"I have mailed you a lock of my hair just in case you need it too."
