Good point BB. Who knows, our academy has probably missed alot of talent.

On the other hand, we are setting up an academy in Northern Ireland to compete with you lot.

Probably should get up for this one shouldn't I...... more Babel less Cole IMO.

Nice to see us trailing Connor Wickham from Ipswich. Would be expensive, but he's a huge talent, British, a Liverpool fan, and would have resale value.
Seems like a ridiculous bit of business the whole Connor Wickham thing. The transfer fee being quoted is ludicrious, and it really isnt money you can afford to spend on someone who isnt a first team starter.

Hes had a decent season so far, but hes hardly produced more than a Victor Moses did in his time with Palace at the same level and he went for 2 mill.

He's a scouser isn't he? How did he get through your net to start with?
Nah he was born in Hereford, and played his youth football at Reading and Ipswich.

Yeah the fee is stupidly huge but the majority of any fee will be performance based. Even so, if we're that desperate to buy English, then I'd rather take the chance on Wickham rather than spuds like Zamora and Cole.

If your desperate to buy English you should nip in for Scott Parker before Tottenham do considering Aquaman is all but certain to stay at Juve (you douches put in a buyout clause IIRC)

That we did. 13m. Which isn't awful, but it'd be nice to have him around the place instead of Poosen.

For games in this time slot, not really actually.

I'd rather get a good night sleep and get up at 7am, that sit up all night.

For all other games, Perth is obviously better.
I agree JW that 7am is better than 4am but by the same token, i couldn't watch it at 7am as i would catch the first 30 min and then have to go to work.
